Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Property Investments (UK) Limited (trading as Wishing.ai), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08852962), registered office: Westminster House, 10 Westminster Road, Macclesfield, SK10 1BX.

By using Wishing.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The service

Wishing.ai is a travel discovery platform. The core experience — three daily wishes — is free. Optional paid features are available through the Wishing Premium subscription. We provide curated destination information including editorial descriptions, food highlights, seasonal data, and coordinates.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

Content and accuracy

Our destination content is editorial in nature. While we strive for factual accuracy, we make no warranties that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Specifically:

• Destination information (descriptions, food highlights, seasonal data) is for inspiration and general guidance, not professional travel advice.
• Conditions at destinations change — verify current travel advisories, visa requirements, opening hours, and safety information through official sources before travelling.
• Coordinates are approximate and intended for general location reference, not navigation.

AI-generated content

Some content on Wishing.ai, including destination descriptions, editorial text, and images, has been created or assisted by artificial intelligence. While we review and fact-check this content, inaccuracies may exist. Destination details, food highlights, seasonal information, and other specifics should be independently verified before making travel decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and accept no liability for errors within it.

Your account

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you're responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Wishing Premium is an optional annual subscription that unlocks premium features including unlimited wishes, streak protection, and enhanced passport features.

• Pricing. Wishing Premium costs £49.99 per year. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price. We will notify you by email before each renewal. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to prevent being charged.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service. All prices include VAT where applicable.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of a billing period.
• Cooling-off period. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund. If you have used the Service during this period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the service already provided. To request a refund, email hello@wishing.ai.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download our content for use in competing products or services.
• Attempt to access systems, data, or areas of the Service that you're not authorised to access.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Intellectual property

All content on Wishing.ai — including editorial text, destination data, images, and design — is owned by Property Investments (UK) Limited or used under licence. You may share links to our pages and share cards generated by the Service. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Property Investments (UK) Limited in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel decisions made based on our content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on the site and, where possible, communicated by email to account holders.
